Folic Acid

Folic acid seems like a brain saver. Don’t think though if you take more of any vitamin that they work better. Sometimes they tend to trigger other things. Folic acid, a B vitamin, is found in leafy green veggies, citrus fruits, and dried beans. It helps stop clogging of blood vessels. Blueberries, strawberries and spinach also offer a promise of stronger brainpower.
