EM Acoustics – Top Quality Equipment for Stage – Studios – Tours – Hotels

James Shearing – After graduating Brown  University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management went on to work for Masque Sound. James quickly rose the ranks in the organization by providing innovative ideas and solutions. James became Vice President of Sales and provided comprehensive sound engineering and equipment for Broadway shows including “The Lion King,” “Mama Mia,” and “Jersey Boys.” James spearheaded into new markets. Masque under his new guidance branched out from Theatre sound to provide all-encompassing sound equipment, engineering, and deployment at large venue concerts for stadium and arena tours with popular artists including Lil’ Wayne, Phil Collins, and Van Halen. James brought people together and brought about a sense of community within the company and the Broadway venues.

In 2009, James  created his own business, James Shearing Enterprises, designed to consult to a variety of producers and live venues. The first project as an Executive Producer was for “A Bronx Tale” with Chazz  Palminteri, a travelling production touring the United States. James produced all elements of the show, including booking theatre space, accommodations, advertising and gear movement. James Shearing Enterprises also produced outdoor music festivals such as “Country New York” and “Chillin’ By the River Fest.”

Currently James is the distributer in North America for EM Acoustics. James oversees many dealers and sales representatives, who demonstrate and sell, as well as install, EM Acoustics’ high-quality, state-of-the-art sound systems. EM loud speakers are designed in Surrey England by visionary Physicist and chemist, Edward Kinsella. His designs holistically view the needs of Live entertainment. The engineers experience, the artists needs, the company owning the equipment are all considered to deliver a easier product to use, deploy and is cost effective compared to the highest caliber equipment in the upper echelon of manufacturers. There is simply no better loudspeaker system on the market for these reasons.
